Additional thought:

I also see segfaults of mythfilldatabase in my logs, running it manually via

taskset -c 0 mythfilldatabase

worked fine now ...

So I would have to disable the automatic mythfilldatabase in mythtv and
"cron" it myself, adding that taskset-statement?

Is mythtv in general problematic on SMP-machines?
