[mythtv-users] Dish Discrete Power from Endaf Jones

I never figured out what was bothering the USB-UIRT from the Wiki config
file for Dish/ExpressVu. I added the following to my existing (working)
code list and all is good.

         power                    0x0000000000000800
         power_on                 0x0000000000000400
         power_off                0x0000000000009C00

cutting an pasting the codes was always the fallback plan... I was
curious about what was failing. Oh,well...
