[mythtv-users] Internal DVD Player Buffer Settings

Is there a way to increase the size of the video buffers used by Myth's
internal DVD player?

On my frontend, DVD playback is intermittantly jerky when using the internal
player. However, DVDs play fine with xine on the same hardware after
increasing buffer size. In /var/lib/mythtv/.xine/config:

# number of video buffers
# numeric, default: 500
engine.buffers.video_num_buffers:5000

# default number of video frames
# numeric, default: 15
engine.buffers.video_num_frames:150

This also eliminates the "jump" that happens when resuming after a long pause.

Is there something similar for the internal player?
