I agree, that's way more graphics card than a Myth system needs, this is not 
gaming. 

Be aware that Myth (and video in general) does not need or use 3D 
acceleration, 2D is all you need, and the kind of cards the gamers go for are 
generally overkill for Myth.

With passive cooling on video cards or anything else, you need to be sure the 
case allows for sufficient airflow to cool the heatsinks.

Some passive cards also block the adjacent slot, watch out for that.
