[mythtv-users] mythweb .htaccess link is broken after recent upgrade

OK, that was the problem file. The db_server was set to "". I changed
it to "localhost" and now everything is working again. While I was
debugging things I noticed that /etc/mythtv/config.xml also had the
DBHostName empty, so I fixed it there. I don't know what caused those
two files to be wrong, but things appear to be working now. Thanks for
all the help.
