Yes, similar here in Portland, Oregon.

I have the lowly "basic" service, the cheapest I can get from Comcast, and
now I also get these channels.

I still have not found reports on myth's scan finding these channels (with
a regular QAM tuner, not a HD Homerun), so I've yet to add them all in to
my mythtv linuep. I manually added Comedy Central, and it took quite a bit
of effort. My hdtv was able to scan and find these channels (though
comcast does not give meaningful numbers or labels to them ... ick).

If anyone has a nice solution to scan/find/add these in myth, please post!

I assume Comcast will keep these channels in the clear for as long as the
free converter boxes they are giving away are in use.
