[mythtv-users] Comcast & Firewire STB's without 5C/Firewire equipment

To be 100% clear, they *can* 5C every show on every channel, but
they're doing it for everyone.  This still sits on the legal side of
the FCC ruling that demands it be functional-- you could channel
change but not capture.  Sadly, the ruling demands that it be
functional, but does not define that functional includes video
capture.
