You may find you need to define a channel change script to get even
one channel to display, although you could define that script as
/bin/true.  MythTV likes to think that it's made a successful channel
change before it displays anything.

As regards the input.  You just change it from tuner0 to composite0 on
the mythtv-input setup page.
