In my area they have started migrating some analog channels over to
encrypted SD digital which forced me to get a cablecard (was an
adventure to get that installed) on the HDTV and an upgrade to digital
starter over extended basic. The most annoying change was the TV guide
channel which now requires you to have a cable box or cable card to
see.
