That's kind of scary.  There were a bunch of relatively important bugs 
in the release version.  But, if you haven't found them, yet...

Probably wasn't shipped with your distro's packages (or you didn't 
explicitly "install" it if you compiled from source--contrib scripts are 
never installed).  So, just download it from the link that Kevin gave.  
Note, though, that it requires the Perl bindings (which, IIRC, are 
automatically installed on 0.21 and above).
