Everytime you leave a show in autosave mode, it's going to save the
current position.

You could write a script to clear the appropriate column in the database,
except that I don't think the program stores "last viewed date".  That
wouldn't be all that difficult to add; if you're not a coder, you might
want to check the [[Feature Wishlist]] and add the suggestion if no one
has already.
