Sounds like an overlap to me. Check lircd and the hexadecimal value that  
corresponds to your OK button. Do a grep on the file to see if any other  
keys have the same value (this has happened to me in the past). I think  
each key having a different value is known as descreet keys. If no overlap  
there, check your lircrc file to see if you have overlapping commands. If  
you do, you can use Myth Keybindings to remap the command to a different  
command on your keyboard, and then map that key combo to your remote.
