Looks like mythzmserver  got a bad bin path from zm.conf.

mythzmserver expects to find zoneminder's config file in '/etc/zm.conf'. 
Does that file exist? Maybe your distro puts the config file somewhere else?

If you look in that config file there is a setting telling ZoneMinder 
where to find it bin files.  Should be something like:-

# Path to ZoneMinder binaries
ZM_PATH_BIN=/usr/bin

If you look in the directory pointed to by that setting do you find zmdc.pl?
