Ahh, makes sense about the Hardy vs Intrepid. I didn't pick up on
that. Thanks for that. I just tried what you suggested in steps 1, 2,
& 3 above and it still doesn't work. Here's what I get after I do 'sudo
apt-get update' and 'sudo apt-get install v4l-dvb-dkms':
