 SB Audigy works like a charm here with 5.1 SPDIF out. Drivers for this 
card has been stable for years and I believe that more or less all up to 
date distros works, even Ubuntu. Ubuntu users tend to have problem with 
a lot of things ;-) Oh'no, did I realy say that?
