which lists the dependencies for Fedora 8 for most of the plugins. You 
can probably parse backwards to ensure that you do NOT have the 
dependencies for the plugins you do NOT want, so that they will not run.

That should work even if you are not compiling from SVN.

But note that a lot of the dependencies are libraries which you may wnat 
for other things: amarok and other sound players need mostly the same 
libraries.

NOTE also that mythtv itself is selfcontained. The only actual 
'dependencies' to myth are those you require for your hardware such as 
firmware, ivtv modules, lirc etc.
