[mythtv-users] translate the mythtv frontend/backend menu into Chinese

Hi, Everyone,

I noticed that mythtv doesn't have Simplified-Chinese menu yet, neither frontend or backend. I am interested to do the translation, since the code already support i18n. I searched out some mail archieve saying that Charlie Chen was working on Traditional Chinese translation back to 2004. 

I have check out the svn code. How should I start to work? any hint here? thanks,
