That's the infamous C3 -> C2/C1 cpu power state transition take a 
long time and causing network errors. You need to force the min cpu 
power state from C3 to C2.

It's kernel/distro dependent. search the atv-bootloader discussion 
groups, it's been answered before but can't remember how right now.
