According to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DVB-T2, DVB-T2 has not yet
been ratified as a standard.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DVB-T_in_Ireland also contains useful
background and links. It looks like the current MPEG-4 encoded content
is broadcast via DVB-T.
