I'm using the windows port of 0.21 (Self-built using the perl script) 
quite successfully on my windows (vista) desktop box.

There are some minor issues (Playback filters for deinterlacing don't 
work, and the menus all appear in a window rather than fullscreen - 
video plays back fullscreen just fine however), but on the whole it 
works great for me.

My wife's XP machine, on the other hand, won't run it (Crashes before it 
gets to opening the main window), but I think that could be a mingw 
problem (When I try to compile a copy on her machine, gcc segfaults!)
