But about 4000 years ago, our ancestors learned to put a new sheet of papaya
on TOP of an old sheet - the precursor to top posting!  This lead to massive
uprisings which reminds us of why we must not challenge the status quo.

    ...probably around the same time that our ancestors started
    writing strictly from top to bottom. That would be at least
    5000 years ago and perhaps earlier.
