Thanks Norm.  I'm also currently on Mythbuntu 8.04.  I got a list of 
steps to get Myth trunk running on an 8.10 system (thanks Greg) which 
should also work on an 8.04 system.  I'm going to go to 8.10 first then, 
once I'm satisfied with it, I'll compile myth trunk.
