Just to bring people up to date on where HD-PVR support stands, no patching
is necessary for basic setup and functionality in trunk.  There is one patch
that is advisable (http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/5866) but it is not
required.  HD-PVR support should also be automatically enabled and shouldn't
*usually* need --enable-hdpvr (although it doesn't hurt to do so
explicitly).  Setting up the card as MPEG-2 card type is no longer required
(and is in fact, wrong).  The wiki is correct, let's check versions and if
necessary try with an --enable-hdpvr.
