The Plextor PX-TV402U will do that, but I think only the mpeg4 modes are
supported by Myth, even though the device itself will do mpeg2 as well.

The unit has a tuner, but I tink there is a cheaper unit available
without a tuner, if all you want to do is capture from a VCR or DVD player.
