Hulu, probably not.  As far as I know, all their stuff is SD and low 
bitrate.  Now lets say you're streaming good quality HD at ~5-6GB/hr.  
Now you're under 2hrs/day.  250GB seems like an excessive amount of 
data, but when you put it in those terms, the cap only becomes reasonable.

Now look at Roadrunner's planned caps where the highest tier gets 
40GB/mo.  Suddenly, that 2hr/day on Hulu means you're over your cap and 
have to pay extra to check email.
