[mythtv-users] Help: No program info for QAM256 channels

I'm trying to use an HDHomeRun in Costa Mesa, CA. My
service is Time Warner Cable and it has a bunch of
QAM256 channels.

When tuned, the channels show up as 79#1, 79#2, 80#15,
and the like, but are all labeled as UNKNOWN. I can't
get any program information on them nor can I get the
channel names, etc.

Schedules Direct gives me 3 lineup possibilities for
Costa Mesa:

I've tried all 3 - and it never associates the
channels. (If I use "digital cable" it sort of does,
but assigns like 10-15 channels as all "Galavision".)

Silicon Dust gives me, for "Digital Antenna":

I notice the numbering that Silicon Dust gives for my
QAM channels seems at least roughly correct, but none
of the lineups given by Schedules Direct seems to
match correctly.

The instructions on this page

https://help.ubuntu.com/community/HDHomeRun

indicates that it will pull program info from the
"Digital Antenna" lineup on SchedulesDirect. It says:

"Note that MythTV uses the ATSC channel numbering as
specified in the transport stream, not the remapped
cable channel numbering so you will need to select
OTA/Antenna as the source in Zap2it."

Well, I tried using "Digital Antenna" and still all
channels came up as UNKNOWN, and no program data was
provided.

How do I get the correct program information
associated with the QAM-tuned channels? Thanks!
