PIL is available from atrpms - http://dl.atrpms.net/all/PIL-1.1.6-8.fc8.i386.rpm

You need to:

i) remove the livna RPM for faad2
ii) disable the livna repo
iii) install the atrpms.net version of faad2

This should get you up and running again. I'd also check which other
livna-supplied RPMs are installed on your systems and see whether
atrpms supplies a version of those packages, to reduce the chance of
'dependency-hell' in the future.

This issue has been around for a few years now. See
http://bugzilla.atrpms.net/show_bug.cgi?id=832 for some background.
