I am using a trunk build from about 3 months ago, which is probably is
very close to 0.21 and I have noticed the same thing on freeview in
the UK. It only seems to happen with Channel 4 recordings. It seems to
have happened to nearly every recording of the Simpson's lately :(

They all play fine from the Myth TV frontend, so its just causing me
to reboot in to Ubuntu. Its definitely a bug but I am not sure if its
been reported / fixed, or even vaguely what is causing it. I could
blame Homer but I think its more likley a Myth TV or VLC bug.
