[mythtv-users] Storage Group logic - can't find recordings

I recently moved from a manually installed Mtyhtv0.21 to MythDora 5. 
First I dumped the DB and moved my few recordings to an NFS share.

After I installed MD5 I restored the old DB and copied the recordings 
back to the new storage group - I'd read somewhere that mythtv will 
search through storage groups to find recordings and at the moment I 
only have the one SG..

Although the recordings still show up in the DB and 'watch recordings' 
it can't find the actual files. Mythweb reacts the same way - full 
details but no thumbnail and 'can't find file'

Do I need to run something to resynch everything?
