i know Myth was in the list, but i don't think anybody was really
labeled as an offender.  in other mentionings of this issue, several
ppl piped up saying that the issue was more the naming of the library
(CoreAVC for Linux) than any code.  if they rename the library they
/probably/ won't be targeted.  but of course, IANAL, and this info was
hearsay from another article. ;)
