[mythtv-users] OT: DVB-T suddenly can't lock to channels on Mux 2 (Channel 4 etc)

Hi all,

Bit of a weird one here.

My MythTV Box has been working perfectly for months running latest  
"stable" binaries from ATRPMs on F7, however just this evening it's  
unable to tune to any channels on Mux 2. I get "Partial Lock" and  
nothing more. Signal strength on all the working channels is certainly  
no different to before Mux 2 was working (all between 40-60%), and  
I've never had this problem before.

Affected channels:

ITV1
ITV2/+1
ITV3
ITV4
Channel 4/+1/
E4/+1
More4

...and probably all the other Mux 2 channels.

I've:
• Fiddled with aerial cables, replaced some, checked at the socket
• Removed capture cards, tried one at a time (both are identical Nova  
T 500s), and swapped them between PCI ports
• Removed and re-added capture cards in mythtv-setup
• Updated channels (using the update scan)
• Removed all channels, and done a full scan - The scans picked up Mux  
2 channels, but I still can't tune to them.

dmesg and mythbackend.log don't show anything untoward, so the issue  
definitely lies with signals. Could it be (dare I say it) that there's  
a problem with my nearest transmitted (Hanningdon I believe)? The last  
known time it was working was 6PM when I watched the Simpsons, so some  
time between 6.30pm and 8pm (when American Idol was set to record, for  
the wife, and produced an empty file) it stopped working, there wasn't  
any visible change in the weather either!

Anybody else affected?
