[mythtv-users] Nvidia nFORCE motherboards . . . anyone try them?

Yes:
forcedeth: Reverse Engineered nForce ethernet driver. Version 0.61.

this was a problem at first, though.  I don't remember how I got it to
work. Because, my biggest problem was trying to get the network to
work  so I could emerge stage3. I solved this by using the LiveDVD
which has stage3.

It's recognized by alsaconf, but since I don't use it (I use an
M-Audio Delta 66) I haven't tried to get it to work.
