According to Nick Morrott on the xmltv-users list, there's a problem 
with the source Radio Times data (all channels are duplicated). You can 
either hope that RT sort it out, or apparently a CVS version of xmltv 
works around the error.

It's a good idea for all XMLTV users to be subscribed to the xmltv-users 
mailing list, as problems tend to get announced there first.
