[mythtv-users] Stange stuttering video/audio occurs part way through recording

Hi all,

I'm using 0.21-fixes, and was watching a 3 hours recording and about 2
hours into the recording it started serious video/audio stuttering.
With verbose "playback" logging I got the output below when the
stuttering occurs .... before that it was working perfectly with no
output like that.

If I stop the playback and restart the problem continues, and the
problem always appears at the same point in the recording. If I rewind
before that point it works fine, if a fast forward after the stuttering
happens again. That happens even after I completely restart the front-end.

The machine is has plenty of grunt, and is only consuming 20% CPU, so it
doesn't appear to be resource related.

Over the past month or so I've seen this happen 2-3 times. Anyone else
seen this?

Any ideas of the cause? Or how to diagnose it further?

Thanks,
Matt
