1.  Are the paths and Permissions set up correctly in the default and
live Storage Groups on all the machines?  One problem I had in the
past was I did the setup in the root account and then ran the process
as the allocated account it borked badly?  I'd suggest running
mythtv-setup as the account that will run the BE process on all your
machines - Also try to make sure the account has the same UID on all
the machines.

2.  Is there anything in the logs regarding the DVB-T devices starting
correctly?

3.  Are the connections to your SQL server working properly?  Are
permissions set correctly for the appropriate accounts?
