As of 0.21, mythfilldatabase no longer cleans out old program guide data
(since not everyone needs to run mythfilldatabase).  With this change,
MythTV was modified so that it /always/ leaves the 7 days of guide data,
now.

This also works nicely with the fact that we keep the result of any
scheduled recording (even failed recordings) for (just over) a week.  It
allows the user to see what else was on when a show didn't record
because of "unexpected" conflicts.
