I just set this up yesterday.  I use gentoo, but the process should be
similar.

You need to install ...
konqueror
nsplugins
netscape-flash

Those are gentoo emerge names, but you should be able to figure it out for
mythbuntu.

When that's all installed run konqueror under the same user mythfrontend
runs as.

Go to Settings->Configure Konqueror
Scroll down on the left and select "Plugins"
Click "Scan for New Plugins"
When it's done, if you click on the Plugins tab it should show flash.
Close Konqueror
Open a flash site in mythbrowser, should work.
