[mythtv-users] Mythzoneminder plugin

Hi,

Thought I'd send in a report on installing the zoneminder plugin, 
hopefully it might be of some use to someone else doing the same thing. 
  I can also confirm that it works (after the tweaking below) with 
Zoneminder version 1.23.1



First off, I wasn't running a supported version of zoneminder, so I had 
to modify the configure script, adding my zoneminder version on line 526.

Built and installed just the zoneminder plugin roughly following the 
wiki instructions.

Tried to start mythzmserver, which failed with a zoneminder version 
error :-(

So I edited main.cpp for mythzmserver, changing the version in the 
"else" on line 216 to match my zoneminder version.  (Maybe not the 
neatest bit of work, but it did the job for me!)

Recompiled mythzmserver (make clean && make && make install).

Started mythzmserver and everything is now working nicely.

I also created a simple init script to start it for me on boot.




Nice plugin, does exactly what I'd want for a Zoneminder plugin.
