[mythtv-users] Can't access PVR-350 after upgrading to 0.21

I upgraded to 0.21 this morning (FC5, custom built RPMs), and it
mostly went hitch free, except that myth seems unable to fully recognise
my PVR-350 (which is connected to my satellite box).
I tried removing and re-adding the device in setup, and also adding
'new' channels but to no avail. It doesn't run the channel-change
command, and doesn't show any program details in the 'now on' OSD, just
a black screen. My DVB card still works OK, as do previous recordings.
I can't help but feel it's just a hiccup in the d/b conversion but I
can't for the life of me see what's wrong.

So it had some sort of look-up error, but did find the last channel.
