[mythtv-users] "Error was encountered while displaying videos" on two specific channels

It seems people were having a lot of trouble with this error 2 years ago and
it was long fixed. But this case is very different. Like in the past, I am
getting this error (frontend log):

2008-03-18 09:40:42.680
RingBuf(/var/lib/mythtv/recordings/4571_20080318094034.mpg): Invalid file
(fd -1) when opening '/var/lib/mythtv/recordings/4571_20080318094034.mpg'.
2008-03-18 09:40:42.681 NVP, Error: JumpToProgram's OpenFile failed.
2008-03-18 09:40:42.681 NVP, Error: Unknown error, exiting decoder
2008-03-18 09:40:42.681 TV: Attempting to change from WatchingLiveTV to None

I then get spit out to the "error was enountered" screen. Now what makes
this weird is that it's NOT random. I get it every single time I try to tune
two specific channels on my HDHomeRun. It is the only time I get it, and I
get it EVERY time. So you are probably thinking its an encrypted channel, or
a problem with the stream. I thought so too, so I tried tuning the channel
manually and streaming to VLC. The channel tunes and plays back perfectly in
VLC, not a single hiccup in the vlc logs.

Any suggestions?
