[mythtv-users] cannot change channel on one tuner

I have a few problems after upgrade or perhaps after re-scan.

I cannot switch to 2nd DVB card unless I make it busy by recording
something.

Also when I "watch TV" using that card I can't seem to change channels.
What could cause this OR how do I figure out whats wrong?
