SVN from today doesn't really help.  There have been 13 checkins so far 
today.  You could be using any one of them.  When you do an svn up it 
will tell you the version you are updating to.  If you don't remember it 
you can svn info to find out what it was.

Probably fixed in 16553.  As you are running svn you are subscribed to 
the commits list, right?  Try an svn up now and see if you still get the 
same error.
