[mythtv-users] Justin's themes

I've been using glass-wide which is an awesome theme.  Unfortunately, it
seems that the author has taken the website down and stopped supporting
it.

However, from this thread:
http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/mythtv/dev/319994 it seems he's OK
with others taking over development.

Since I might be making the leap to 0.21 and I want to use glass, I'd like
to get it updated.

So... Given that Justin has tossed it to the winds, what's the process for
re-licensing this as GPL or somesuch so that the community can use it?

Justin, if you're still on the list, could you please release as GPL?
