[mythtv-users] How do I set up the ASX streaming for mythweb?

It works for me on my Mac if I use MPlayer and tell it to open the
stream url from the asx file.
I haven't been able to get anything to open the asx file properly
though.  I've tried quicktime, VLC, and MPlayer and MPlayer was the
only one to play it at all.
