[mythtv-users] Max number of simultaneous jobs on 0.21

I think it is (and always was) in mythtv-setup, not in the frontend.
Sorry I can't check specifically right now since I'm not near my box,  
but that's how I remember it. I always do the dangerous thing and  
modify the database directly when I change stuff like that.
