The Plextor PX-TV402U is (or at least  was) available from a couple of  
vendors at fire sale prices (like $50US).  This is likely because of  
the coming demise of analog broadcasting.

It's a USB device. AFAIK only the MPEG4 modes are supported by Myth  
but these work well.

If you only want to capture from a camera I think there is a version  
without a tuner, but I haven't heard of anyone using it with Myth, and  
for $50 you might as well get a tuner.
