HDHomerun, 2 tuners, network attached, works great with MythTV.
If thats too much $, or you only really want one tuner, I've got two
Aver A180's and a pcHDTV HD3000 all of which work perfectly. The
A180's are pretty cheap too, $70 or so when I bought them.
