Sadly this is probably true. Management rarely understands the value  
of documentation, tough they will pay thousands for Powerpoint Sales  
presentations. Once the sale has been made any further effort is just  
cutting into profits.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but documentation is one area where I  
believe the military excels.
