Mythtv does support DVB. Whether it supports your DVB-T USB device all
depends on whether Linux supports it. The best place to start investigating
is the LinuxTV page:

http://www.linuxtv.org

on it's Wiki you'll find a lot of onfo on various DVB hardware and it's
Linux support.
