DistCC can be rather... erm... finikly :) But as your runing Xebian
(which I assume is a debian derivative?) you should be able to build a
binary package, move it to the Xbox and then install it using dpkg -I
<your deb file>.deb

Seems to provide an "idiots guide", which is good, even I understood
bits of it.
By the sound of it, it looks like you can pretty much use normal debian
repo's in Xebian, it's all x86 so you should be able to just sit back,
wait for the repo's to update to 0.21 and then apt-get update && apt-get
upgrade it.
